Retention Ministry

 

 

The “Retention Ministry” is a new concept to most of us; however, our churches have become a revolving door for far too many.  They come into our churches and find nothing to meet their needs nor do they find a comfortable place to utilize their God-given gifts.  They are made to feel like they are guest in our church rather than being a part of the church.  The “Retention Ministry” is intended to help members find their place in the congregation and the community of worshippers.  

Recommended scriptures are 2 Chronicles 6:32-33 and Acts 2:43-47.
