Rev. James is a servant of the Lord.

Rev. Charles James II is married to Dee James and they have two children with three beautiful grandchildren.  Rev. James and Lady James have been in ministry for over 25 years. 

 

Rev. James is big on application of the Word of God. The Bible says, "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves" James 1:22,”

 

Rev. James is also the visionary founder of Men Living for Christ, a non-profit Christian group.  The organization was founded in Smithville, Texas on October 19, 2013.  The foundational scripture for our organization is, “Iron sharpeneth iron: So a Man Sharpeneth the Countenance of his Friends” (Proverbs 27:17).  The mission of Men Living for Christ is to unite men to develop a more intimate relationship with Christ and each other. The vision is to develop and equip disciples to have a heart for God and a passion to spread His glory in their families, in their workplaces, and in their communities. 

 

Rev. James was ordained and served as the Assistant Pastor at Abundant Grace Community Church in Smithville from 2021-2025.

 

Rev. James has a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University.  Dee James also has a Master's Degree and Bachelor Degree from Texas State University.

 

Rev. James is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity.

Dee James is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
